2- Where did you meet? In our singles ward. I thought he was so cute for MONTHS and he thought I was cute for MONTHS too but he didn’t ask me out forever because he thought I was dating someone.
3- How long did you date before you were married? Just shy of a year.
4- How long have you been married for? Over a year and a half.
5- Who said I love you first? Todd, after 8 months of dating! He finally said it after we made it through our first hunting season.
6- When and where was your first kiss? It was at Todd’s apartment in front of ALL of his roommates.
7- Who kissed who first? Todd kissed me.
8- Who proposed? Todd did. It took him 8 months to say I love you and only one month after that to decided he wanted to get married and to propose! It was so special too. Loved it.
9-What's your favorite thing to do as a couple? Be together! We also love being in the outdoors together. We also love going on drives.
10-Do you have kids? How many? not yet.
11- What does he do that surprises you? He never can say no. He is always helping other people out.
12- What's your favorite feature about him? His green eyes!
13- What's your favorite quality about him? Hmm… him as a whole package!
14- Does he have a nickname for you? Firecracker, squirrel & babe. He also likes to call me Melissa because he knows it drives me nuts when people call me by my full name. I like nicknames.
15- What's his favorite color? Yellow.
16- What's his favorite food? Steak & potatoes. He also LOVES breakfast food.
17-What is his favorite sport? He loves wrestling & basketball.
18- What's a hidden talent that he has? He is an amazing cook.
19- How old is he? 25… Almost 26 his birthday is right around the corner. (11-4-82)
20- What do you admire most about him? He is such a hard worker. He never complains about putting in 50 + hours a week at work and working on the house every night and on Saturdays. He also is a really spiritual guy.
21-What's his favorite past time? Probably hunting and spending time in star valley. He hasn’t had much time for that this summer/ fall.
22- Who eats more? We are probably pretty even. Todd doesn’t eat a whole lot.
23- Who is taller? Todd
24- Who sings better? Well since Todd doesn’t even know how to read music so I would have to say me, just because I know what the notes mean. J
25- Who is smarter? Todd is smarter when it comes to math and street smarts. I am smarter when it comes English and computers.
26- Who does the laundry? I do, but Todd helps out a lot too.
27- Who pays the bills? I do.
28- Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do
29- Who mows the lawn? We don’t have a lawn, but I am sure that Todd will when we do.
30- Who cooks dinner? We are pretty even on this one.
31- Who drives? I HATE driving so Todd usually is the one driving.
32- Who is more stubborn? Me for sure. Todd is so easy going. He doesn’t get worked up about anything.
35- Who controls the T.V. remote? right now, neither of us.
36- Whose temper is worse? umm, I would say mine, but I can never stay upset for very long.
37- Who does the dishes? Me.
38- Whose parents do you see more often? Mine because they are closer.

ha ha...I loved the husband post sis. Your nicknames are firecracker and squirrel?! I would think that is weird but since I know why you have them, I just have to say that Todd is pretty creative for coming up with those two nicknames!

Well we've been thinking about the Large Jackson Family Christmas party and would December 7th or 14th work better for the two of you. And how do you feel about a Group Gift exchange--we'd work it like a White Elephant, except with nice gifts that could work for anyone (movies, games, etc)? Anyway if you want to get back to me or my mom and let us know your thoughts and feelings that would be great!
I know I was so sad when I found out we had missed you! Hopefully, I'll get to see you this weekend if you can make it to Kathryn's shower. For the Christmas Party I'm not sure what day it will be yet. But we're planning on going with the gift exchange of $10. And don't put a tag on it.
